Two New Pieces

I added some more stuff to my Portfolio section. I’ve been trying to flesh out more of the props for the Jack and Jill project

My friend Chris Oatley showed me a cool technique for polishing the prop designs: Use a soft gradient in the background and a contact shadow on the prop. It’s simple, but it really grounds the piece in the frame.

Again, I promise to show some process work in the future! I just get so bogged down I hardly find time to update the good old blog.
